Can you buy the 4G/LTE with Euro bands from U.S. vendor?

It looks to me like the 4G-LTE sold in the U.S. (Amazon) has the U.S. LTE bands, not the European bands (correct?)

Where to buy the Euro flavor, here in the U.S....?
