Can you change the Gmail font size in 'compose email'?

I know you can change it in the Mail program so for my Yahoo mail it seems to be smaller when I'm writing an email. And in reading Gmails you can change the size. But in composing Gmails it all seems to default to a bigger size.

Is there anywhere I can change this particular font size?

Not possible. There's no text editor for changing size, color...etc in the Gmail app.

Just curious - Why would you want the font size larger than what it is. In my opinion... I believe the size is ok.

However, to each is own.
