Can you flash custom roms on atrix 4g?

okay every review that i've read says you can NOT flash custom roms on the atrix 4g but i heard of people that got the adeo and gingerblur roms on it?

other question - is it possible to sideload apps (using a pc) without rooting?

Those roms are not TRUE roms. They simply go on top of the MotoBlur and add some extra featurs or modifications into one package. True roms cannot be used unless Motorola unlocks the bootloader.
