can u guys plz help me fix my htc m8 ?

i was flashing a new using twrp recovery rom but then i accidently format wiped
so now im stuck in recovery with no system, lost backup everything has been erased

Re-download the ROM you wanna flash on PC, copy it and place at the root folder of your SD card then insert it to your phone.

Goto twrp recovery on your phone, navigate to the ROM you downloaded which is on SD card, and flash it.
