I want to get the LG G3 for the knock code feature but I also love the Stock Android Lollipop UI. Is it possible to get both? I know that you can download Lollipop ROM onto the phone but that means you would lose the LG G3 features, especially the knock code feature. I was wondering if there is any way to have both the Lollipop Stock UI as seen on the Nexus phones and have the knock code feature.

Lollipop is already being made available to some G3 users in OTA updates, and others will be updated in due course. As a G3 owner, I'm not aware that this interferes with knock features. Have you read somewhere that it does?

I saw a video of Android Lollipop on LG G3 and it looks different from the ones on the Nexus. I was wondering if I could have it looks exactly like the Nexus on the LG G3.

The biggest concern I have is of the look of LG's Optimus UI which is different from the Stock Android look on the Nexus phone. But when I rooted my Galaxy S4 with Cyanogenmod to make it look like the stock android, I lost all the Galaxy S4 features so I was afraid that's what will happen with the LG G3 and loose the Knock Code feature.

I think what I want to say more clearly is can you get Stock Lollipop on LG G3 without losing the LG G3 features, specifically the Knock Code feature.

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that one. Come on over to the G3 forum and ask the question there....some genius is bound to know.
