Thanks very much. I coudn't find the icon on the Verizon chart of icons. I don't know why it was displaying. I had nothing connected or playing. I just went to view the setting and sure enough it was on - but I coudn't turn it off until I connected a headset. Thanks for the quick response.

No problem. Indeed, You can't turn boomsound off when you're using speakers. It's automatically turned on at all times. You can only turn off when you're using a headset or other wired/Bluetooth audio device.

I have an icon that started showing up yesterday. it comes and goes. It's a captial G next to the power saver icon. Any idea what it is for?

Can anyone tell me what this 'G' in the upper left corner means? It just showed up the other day and comes and goes.

The G is for a Google now card, I get it when one of my basketball teams are playing.
