Can you make a phone call and send sms fron galaxy tab A LTE?

[Android Central Question]

I wish to buy samsung galaxy tab A 10.1 LTE for all my communication needs. Can you make phone calls and send sms from it?
If yes then do you need bluetooth or 3.5 wired headset or does it have earpiece?

Welcome to Android Central!
