Can you restore Titanium backup from an S3 to an S5 or an LG G3?

I'm in between the S5 and the LG G3. Not sure which one is the way to go. I had an S3 prior to this which died on me (mainboard issue) a few days ago, and I would like to know if it is possible to restore Titanium backup from the s3, to either the s5 or LG G3 Thanks!
