You can on the dell mini 5, but definitely not on the hero.

Only way I can think of is when creating wallpapers, get seven different wallpapers and combine them, side by side, in the correct size, into one long JPEG. That would work, a little time consuming, but it'll get the job done if you're really looking for this feature.

Yeah...there is no way to do it right now. But its definitely a feature I would like as well, so hopefully they implement it someday.
