Can you use G2x in Europe? Unlocked?

Are any of these T-Mobile Android handsets unlocked, or unlockable? I'm just wondering if I can use them in Europe using a SIM from a 'local' carrier over there. Thank you for any info or suggestions!

I don't know about using a SIM from over in Europe, but I do know that the G2x can be used in Europe. I used mine for both voice and texting while in Italy and Bosnia/Croatia this past September. I did not use data due to the high cost, $15/mb. But I had no issue other than real spotty service with T-Mobile in Bosnia/Croatia.
