Can you use this tablet as a navigation GPS?

I want to know without a Wi-Fi signal can you use this tablet as a navigation or GPS device?

my 10.1 will locate my location without wifi. You would have to cache the maps you wanted to use because google maps needs wifi to get maps.

caching the maps will let you use it as a map without WiFi. But, it still won't do navigation for you - unless you buy an app that will do navigation on the device (e.g. Garming or TomTom).
