Can you wifi call with Mate 9?? (If bought form Optus in Australia?) Also is the camera good in reality? Back and front? Low light? Any other big drawbacks of this phone?

I have a mate 9 in usa and I do not have wi fi call capacity on tmobile
thats the only drawback on this phone
everything else is really good.
