CANADA - "Hold for me" Pixel 6

Seriously? That's a bummer! What about the Pixel 5? I thought that feature was present on that device. I'm with Rogers but got my phone unlocked from the Google Store. I can't recall for certain if I've seen that feature or not in my settings.

Likewise, Rogers & Google Store unlocked Pixel 6 Pro here. These features were here a week or so ago. I used these, but now gone.

So the Google "assistant" is able to differentiate between an automated voice that says things like "Please keep holding, an agent will be with you shortly"and a live person that says "Hi, can I help you"?

According to Google it uses AI to differentiate between automated hold music/recorded voices and a real human operator. It's a cool feature that's handy when you need it.

LOOL I know, but I just like to blame Rogers for things. I keep waiting to leave them but then they magically have great plan deals that hook me again.
