Will Samsung come to Canada and when? and Will it come to Telus?

Yes I'm in USA, but if a Canadian version is released it means it can work in the US on at&t as Canadian GSM/3G networks use 850/1900MHz same as US AT&T.

Most likley it will be released by Bell, Rogers and Telus. I do hope that the Telus version does not have the single physical button.

I just wish it is released soon. I believe that as long as it works on the 3G/HSPA+ 850/1900MHz frequencies we should be able to pick up a North American signal whether it is on Bell, Tellus, Rogers or US's AT&t.

The international Galaxy S2 actually supports Canadian and AT&T 3G if you want it that bad. I'd wait however because not having a 4-button Android phone seems... unnatural.
