Why can I only disable but not uninstall Instagram on my G6?

This is common, and not surprising. Many phones come with preinstalled bloatware that you can only disable, not uninstall. Most likely, LG (or the carrier) gets money from Facebook to preinstall it on the phones.

Ok. I was trying to uninstall it so I could install the American version of the app to try instagram music via a VPN. But not being able to uninstall it impedes that.
