Cancel sliding effects!!!

Even with the basic transition effect there is still an effect, is there a way to remove the effects completely just like when sliding in Apps folder?

You can turn off the animations in developer options in settings.

Under Drawing? I disabled animations under drawing in developer options but still it's not plain transition! !!!
