Cannot access full internal storage

You can choose which drivers you want the phone to use, using device manager. Sorry though I don't use windows anymore so I can't guide you through it.

It involves setting the specific driver to the comm port.

Thanks everyone, I uninstalled the drivers and selected the delete driver files option when uninstalling. I then plugged the phone back in to PC and it reinstalled one of the drivers and I am now able to see all the folders I'm supposed to in internal storage.

I had the same problem, I was able to access both storages on my tablet then no more.
I followed your suggestion and I fixed the problem and now the tablet shows the "turn on your storage".
