Cannot add contacts to phone contacts. only option is Google contacts.

I am using moto g dual sim. When I try to add a new contact, it does not ask me whether it should b a phone contact or google contact or Sim contact etc. It automatically opens a screen 2 add a google contact and does not allow me to change the contact type.

I do not want to add my phone contacts as google contacts. Please help.
