Cannot answer an incoming call

When i get an incoming call the phone rings, the incoming call screen shows up, but i cannot swipe to answer the call. Nothing on the touchscreen works and i have to wait for it to ring off and then call them back

1st, clear the cache partition and reboot. Check your phone answer settings and change from swipe to answer to tap to answer. Good luck.
