so i try to log in on almost any forum that I am a registered member, and there is something funky going on where it wont save the cookie or my IP address changes so it keeps looping me back to the log on page where ultimately I cannot log on a forum. this also happens with email applications I try to view from my browser.
I have tried the default internet browser, chrome and dolphin browsers. Any idea why my IP address is changing when I log into something and keeps looping me to the log-in page?
