Cannot change voicemail greeting

[Android Central Question]

I am trying to change the voicemail greeting on my Samsung Galaxy s8 phone. According to instructions, I'm supposed to use the Google Voicemail app. This app is nowhere evident on my phone screen. In fact it is nowhere evident at all. I've searched through all the available apps on the phone, and have not found it.
I set up my original voicemail greeting nearly two years ago, but don't remember how I did it, and now cannot change the greeting. Trying to find this app has become the search for the Holy Grail lol.
Am I missing something? Please help....!
