cannot connect to data

Hi All,

I rooted my galaxy S4 on with telus and i never backed up my stock O/S. New to the whole rooting thing, I loaded on wicked rom 5.1 and after a couple of weeks with it not receiving any Data on 3 or 4 G, I downloaded the stock firm ware and everything on the phone works but the data, can anyone help me to figure out why this is???

is it possible that rooting my phone ,mucked up part of my sim card??????
