Cannot connect to wireless earbuds

[Android Central Question]

Hi
I recently bought a pair of i500 tws earbuds according to all sources I have checked they should be android compatible but so far I have only managed to get them to connect twice.So now no matter what I try they do not show up with a Bluetooth scan. I know they are working ok because they connect to my iPad and stay connected. Anyone have any suggestions on how I could fix this problem. My phone is a Samsung J5 (2017 model) running Oreo 8.1.0.

No they look the same but mine do not have two small buttons on the stem there seems to be dozens of various different versions mine are i500 tws

It's hard to say with these Chinese products. It could be that it's not optimized for Android, or it could be that the hardware just isn't very good. Are you able to contact the manufacturer for support?

Also if you haven't tried to restart the phone and try pair again?

@B Diddy I contacted the seller and he said it is Android compatible (but then he would) @Mustang 7757 I have restarted deleted tried apps that claim they can fix the problem but after the last time I did manage to get them connected they disconnected just as quick

Thank you for verifying, if you can maybe try on another Android phone just to see what it does like a realtive,friend ect...

There's not much to pairing them, so I'd say that they're typical gearbest products - they may work, they may not. (Many Chinese "mass retailers" [selling everything from electronics (usually knockoffs), lingerie, Swiss watches (that have never been closer to Switzerland than Hong Kong), etc.] get knockoffs from Shenzhen, China - some are pretty good for the price, some aren't worth the shipping.)
