Cannot connect via USB after GB 2.3.3 install

Since installing Gingerbread 2.3.3 (from the LG site), my G2X will not detect a USB connection. The phone charges when connected via USB; however, the USB indicator at the top of the G2X screen does not appear. The computer (Windows 7) does not detect a device attached.

Same phone and same computer previously connected successfully, before 2.3.3 upgrade.

I have tried:
Removing/reinstalling drivers and LG Mobile tool
Hard resetting phone
USB Debugging mode on/off
Bulk Storage Only on/off
Different USB cables & original USB cable
Different computers

Any ideas?

I just noticed I'm having this issue too. Mac 10.6.8 to Gingerbread 2.3.3 g2x.

Android File Transfer does not recognize the phone is plugged in. Any other options?

Try these drivers. They work for Windows 7.

I haven't had any issues connecting the phone since installing them.

Yes! worked for me! Thank you so much!
I have LG P500 and Gingerbread 2.3.3. I didn't have any problems with connecting to XP, but Win7 was a headache!
