Cannot delete Yahoo mail on my Galaxy Note 4

I've attempted every instruction to delete the Yahoo mail account on my Galaxy Note 4. It hasn't updated in over a week, even though the desktop version works fine. I've changed the password on the desktop version. When I tried to change the password on the Yahoo mobile version, it won't authenticate the password and I'm back to square one.

Now all want to do is delete the existing Yahoo mail and reinstall the Yahoo mobile app.m HELP!!
