Cannot download simplified mandarin keyboard input Galaxy s6

Hi all,

I used to be able to input simplified mandarin using my keyboard, since an upgrade months ago I have not been able to do so. I have tried redownloading the keyboard but it just stays on 0% download despite good internet.

Has anybody got a solution?

It would helpful to know which keyboard you're using. Have you contacted their tech support or website?
