Cannot enter recovery mode.

My friend forgot her password and the only thing to do now is to wipe data by entering recovery mode. But she doesn't know how to enter in her tablet. We tried the Pkwer key + Vol up, Power key + Vol down,
Power key + Vol down + Vol up. But still no logo of an android lying down. It'll only power on.

It's a local device here in my country and that's the problem that I cannot search the name for it specifically. It's the Cherry Mbile Fusion Aura.
