Cannot find Pixel Stand app

Ok, maybe a dumb question, but where is the Pixel Stand app? I've searched the Google Play store, searched my phone with Assistant to see if it's already on my phone, nothing. My Stand is no longer showing anything on my P3's screen when charging, and is also usually charging "slowly." So hoping some sort of update might fix it.
