Cannot go past settings setup after factor reset with broken screen.

Hello . I have a galaxy j7 with right half of the screen not working. I thought it was a software issue and did a factory reset. Turns out it was not. Now I am stuck on the initial settings setup and cannot click the next button located on right side of the screen. Can i use a USB mouse with otg cable . I know you can use mouse but can you also use it during the initial setup .

Welcome to Android Central! That ought to work. OTG adapters are pretty inexpensive, so you won't be risking much money to get one.
