Cannot locate a downloaded video on the Tab A

I downloaded a Sesame Street episode onto our Tab A for our son. I want to add an SD card and move the video over to the SD card.

However, I cannot locate the downloaded video. I went into My File and looked under download history and other places and could not locate the file anywhere. I know it's downloaded on the tablet because I can watch it when there is no internet connection.

Any suggestions? I have been told that it might be better to load a different file manager app on the tablet and that would make it easier.

Welcome to Android Central! How did you download the video? Was it using the browser, or some other app?

Using My Files, navigate to the actual Download directory (i.e, select the Device Storage option first and look for the Download directory -- don't choose the Download History option). Is it there?
