Cannot make/receive phone calls

hi,
i have a doogee mix 2. i am not able to make or receive phone calls. even though if i try to call it doesn’t sound anything, just keep dialing. i receive network on my phone and even can send or recieve msgs, can use mobile data as well. please tell me what to do?
