Cannot s-off

Hi ive been trying to s-off my device that i recently rooted and unlocked. Its supercid but firewater,rumrunner and moonshine all refuse to work after many tries. Htc one x telus, unlocked bootloader, perm root, twrp and android 4.1.1

Is your phone the Tegra 3 version or the S4 version.

I'm guessing it's the One XL (s4), they were released by Telus. You haven't mentioned the Facepalm s-off method, if you do indeed have the s4 One XL you should try that.
