cannot see Google play purchased music on my S4

hi all - not a smart smartphone user, so be gentle. ....
I can play all of the music that I moved from pc and itunes on my s4. but, when I try to find any purchase I have made from googleplay (purchased using my phone) I cannot find them on any music player (eg default, Rocket).
I can play them on the listen function direct on Google play (wifi) and they show as purchased. But nothing offline on my phone.

Hey,
I was having this exact issue!!
If you go onto your computer and open up the confirmation/receipt email, there is a link on there that will take you to the googleplay website.
Then you will see an 'upload songs' button on the right hand side of the screen

Go into Play Music (App looks like orange headphones)
Go to the top left corner the 3 horizontal lines are the menu .. hit that, go down to settings, hit Google account and log in then all your music from your Google play account that you just logged in with will be in your library
