cannot see outlook (activesync) calendar in S Planner on Galaxy S7

[AC Question]

While cleaning up contacts today, i removed and re-added all accounts (gmail & outlook exchange activesync).

Since then, my outlook calendar is not visible in s planner. I can select to view my samsung calendars & my google calendars but my outlook calendars are not in the list to select.

Anyone have any idea why this is?
Permissions all look ok, ive removed and added the accounts a few times now and restarted the device but no still have no resolution

When you say that you have removed and added the account, do you mean you removed and then added it from the device settings "Accounts", or did you remove and add it from S Planner settings?
