Cannot Select Google for Voice Input - Android 8.00 Samsung Experience 9.0

I accidentally changed my Voice Input from Google, to Google Basic Recognition and now I can't change it back to Google.

Attached are some screen shots. And it's circular because if I try to do Voice match, it tells me to go back and select Google as the Voice Input (2nd screen shot).

I tried to clear the cache for my Google app and also restart as well as shutdown and start. Still cannot select Google.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
