Cannot sync Outlook with Galaxy S3 Using Kies3 - Loading the change history of schedule data

Hi
I'm trying to sync Outlook 2007 with my Galaxy S3 Android 4.3 using Kies 3.2. The Contacts and Tasks in S-Planner sync OK but not the S-Planner Schedule data. It gets stuck on 10% with a message 'Loading the change history of schedule data in GT-I9300' then just crashes.

I've tried Initialising the syncing log for Schedule under 'Tools..Preferences..Device' but this didn't work.

can anyone please help ?
