AC Question

There is lots of help on how to get photos off your phone but not how to get them back on, someone please help!

I had way too many photos on my phone, my genius idea was to transfer them onto my laptop delete what I didn't want and then transfer them back onto my phone, it will not let me transfer them back. Connecting with a USB, it is saying I do not have authorisation to copy and paste the folders or individual pictures. I have tried everything I can think of. Apparently it is the phone at fault (Samsung Galaxy S6) could someone please tell me what I need to do to get this sorted out?

Thanks!

Not sure why that's happening but you can use SideSync to get around that. Just install it from Play Store to your phone, and download the PC end from the Samsung website. This will allow you to project a Window onto your PC of your phone's screen (you can control your phone remotely with keyboard and mouse on your PC with this too). Just open the phone onto My Files, and drag the pics to it.

This was my question - thank you for your response, my problem is that I'm not allowed to download anything as it is a work laptop, It restricts access. I'm thinking the only option is to put it on a memory stick, transfer to a non-work PC and try from there? I have taken it through to our IT department and admitted defeat but they say its definitely something to do with the phone that is stopping authorisation and not the laptop.
