cannot turn on bluetooth

Hi ,
just got the nexus a week ago. I find i cannot switch on the bluetooth.
HELP!

It's in the toggles by default...

Toggles are "hidden" behind the notifications. That pull down from the top window shade. You can get to toggles two ways. Pull down the notification window shade by swiping down from the top of the screen > press the toggles symbol in the upper right corner. - OR - Swipe down from the top of the screen using two fingers (spread apart) to go straight to the toggles window shade. You should find a BlueTooth toggle in there. Tap to enter BlueTooth settings or just long press to toggle BlueTooth on or off.

You can also find it in the Settings App, second from the top. There is a toggle switch there for Off/On or tap the word BlueTooth to enter settings.


If none of those methods are working, you may need to do a factory reset.
