Cannot update HTC One M8 software from TWRP

Hello,
I'm trying to do update of the software on my HTC One M8 and fail every time.
When I download update and press update it reboots into Team Win Recovery Project v2.7.0.2. and from there I click install and find update zip file and go to flash. After few seconds I get this message on the screen:

Updating partition details...
Installing '/sdcard/Download/OTA_M8_UL_K44_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_2.22.401.5-1.54.401.10_release
Checking for MD5 file...
No MD5 file find
file_getprop: failed to stat "/system/build.prop": No such file or directory
E: Error exectuing updater binary in zip '/sdcard/Download/OTA_M8_UL_K44_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_2.22.401.5-1.54.401.10_release_387486.zip
Updationg partition details...

And in the red writes Failed

Please help

You should not be using TWRP 2.7.0.2 but rather 2.8.0.2

I did the update after I ran RUU and returned to stock everything including recovery. I'm a little experienced with this from having my S4. If you still have custom recovery it will not install. However s-off and unlocked it will still install update. As long as it's stock recovery. Google RUU and returning HTC one m8 to stock.
