Cannot Write NV from VN RF Manager

Hello all,
I was wondering if you guys could help.

I am trying to write the NV parameters with NV RF Manager, I press the button "Write NV", I reset the tab but nothing happens.
Can anyone help me troublshoot? I've done lots of reading.
