Can't access my files on the phone from computer, anyone have the solution? It worked before.

When I plug in my Lenovo Vibe Shot to my desktop pc, I cannot view the mobile icon anymore, the drive is there, but only show the CD drive F: Lenovo suite. I cannot view all other files and even the internal storage.

I already set the device to MTP and debugging the USB.
It worked before but somehow it is NOT working anymore...
Anyone can help please?

Try restarting the computer with the usb plugged in, if you haven't already tried.

I had the same problem with an S8+, I decided to sell the laptop one day and did a factory restore, it started working after that, try updating the drivers on the PC.
