Can't access My Verizon

Every time I try to access MV, I get an "Unfortunately My Verizon has stopped" message. Verizon was no help- restart the phone, remove the battery, etc.
I guess it's something more systemic. I just noticed it today. I tried uninstalling some other apps that I installed recently but no luck. The bozo at Verizon suggested uninstalling MV and reinstalling but he should have known that it was pre-installed and could not be uninstalled.
Any suggestions? Thank you.

Did you try to clear cache and data on MV app and see it it fixes.. Also no updates pending to the app in Playstore?
 
Try uninstalling all updates for Android System Webview and see if that works.
