Can't Access Settings

[AC Question]

Ever since I "upgraded" my s5 to ART, I can't access Settings and therefore I can't revert this update. It says "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped.
Any help please?

Try wiping the phone's cache partition as per #1.3 of S5 Update Problems - Dummies Guide

Also, have you already tried booting in safe mode?
