I want to root my phone and I installed many recovery mods like Philz Touch for my Galaxy S3 International. I did it using Odin, everything was successful, it even said "Pass" but when I switched off the phone and entered Recovery mode it just showed the normal one. Please help!

That might be the reason. I have sent some root methods where Odin rebooting the device wipes the custom recovery.

Yes what I did was I put files on SD card and then flashed, just when the device rebooted, I removed the battery. It worked!
