Can't activate HD calling after mm

It says turn off and on phone. But when I do that nothing seems to change.

I've done this 3 times.

I get the same message, and even did a factory reset still appears.

A note 5 thread said they had to call Verizon to deactivate HD calling and activate a new version of it. I dunno.
