Can't activate!

Got my U11 and popped in my sim card from my HTC10 and nothing no cell data. I took it to Sprint and after several minutes they said it was a GSM model? There is no way i ordered the wrong one. I ordered from HTC clicked Sprint and there was only one color option, Sapphire blue,, (all the others have three color options) So, I'm not sure what is wrong. Any thoughts?

Look at your invoice. It should tell you what model it is.
 
I believe somebody at the packaging warehouse made a mistake and packed a wrong one for you. I had that kind of experience last year. I ordered headphone from HTC for my htc 10. Guess what!!! They sent me usb flash drive instead. Try to imagine the surprise i had after i opened the package. I thought i was dreaming!! I think you should contact them and explain the situation.
 
It's still the Sprint version, which is not the same as the unlocked. There will be a couple of Sprint apps on it. Probably Sprint Zone, My Sprint or something like that. I forget what they're calling it. I guess my point is that if you don't see those Sprint apps on it, or the Sprint splash screen when it starts, then it's not the Sprint version. HTC screwed up and sent the wrong device.
