Have had phone for about 2 weeks now, haven't added many apps at all. Everything was fine (except battery life) i HAVE z4 ROOT AND Titanium Back up. Added a contact 4 days ago and was a little weird but it worked. Went to add another contact and I get the message

Have searched for awhile now and seems the only answer is to reset back to factory. Just wondering before I do that if there were anything else I should check
