Can't add Google account

I just got a Michael Kors MKT5000 and I cannot connect to play store. It tells me I have to add my account, which I've tried several times and waited at least two hours and it does nothing. I've restarted the watch, I've unpaired it twice and still nothing. Does anyone know what I can do I'm going bonkers here. Thank you.

My suggestion would be to factory reset the watch and try again. A factory reset will allow to start all over. Here is a link to Michael Kors Access Support page. All the info you require can be found there. Thanks.

You might also want to delete and re-download AW onto your phone... basically starting over from scratch, you should't have to though.

The watch may also need several minutes longer than the phone to complete its sub routines during installation. So you can click OK-OK-OK on the phone, and the watch will get left behind and in essence unable to complete the installation. The watch "may" need to "catch up" to the phone (at least that was the case with my moto360).
