Can't adjust in-call volume

I just got the Samsung Note 2 and noticed while in a call I cannot change the call volume...I use the buttons on the side and the slider moves but the volume doesn't change. As well, the icon looks like it is the ringer volume that I am changing. How do I change the in call volume then because that doesn't work.

Sounds like yours is acting crazy... in a call, the rocker dos change volume... if that doesn't work, try hitting the extra volume button...?

If it still doesn't help, trade in for warranty...
