Can't answer incoming calls on my Note 4

I can't answer incoming calls on my Note 4 about 80% of the time. The phone rings, the screen turns on, and when I swipe answer, the animation goes, and the haptic feedback works, but nothing happens, it just keep ringing. I can swipe again and again and same thing happens. Once in a while it will pick up on the second or third try, but usually, it just goes to voicemail. Happens when the phone is locked or in use before the call comes in.

Sorry if this has been asked before, couldn't find anything on this.

I started having the same problem about a week ago. Changed launchers an still happening.

Have you tried changing the settings so that you can answer calls on tap instead of swipe?

I didn't have this problem with my Note 4 at all, but it did happen occasionally when I had the S5. I changed the settings and never had a problem after that.

I will give that a try. I had looked for that option, but didn't see it under phone settings, finally found it under accessibility. Waiting for a call to come in to try it...

I just started getting the same problem. I have noticed that I can also answer with Home button.
